Pros
In the winter it is warm and you don't get wet (unless you work where the roof is leaking) The money you are paid for the work that is done is pretty good. 35 hour week is pretty good, split shifts allow a good work/life balance
Cons
There are no prospects for moving up and progressing in the company unless you are friends with management. Management always pressure for overtime. Cannot book a holiday 6 months in advance Empty promises Lots of disorganisation Unreachable targets
