Lots of planning, no work being done. - Systems Integration Engineer Airbus Employee Review

I worked at EADS D&S and they have been preparing documents for several years, without getting any actual work done. There was no product, not even an alpha version. Everybody was writing and reviewing documents about architecture, integration design, database schemas, but they never started actual work. It's a very boring place of work. Also, many employees were weird, undermining each other and were not united as a team. Some of the employees have no idea what to do, and some of them are plain stupid, the only explanation is that they were hired because they are a relative or close friend of the management.
