Large companies by nature are extremely complicated. The feeling of being a small gear in a massive machine is quite likely. In Bristol, some staff members have a negative attitude toward Interns (In particular the manager of interns at the time). This does not represent the company as a whole, though it certainly affected my experience there and put me off applying for he graduate scheme somewhat.
