High rate of turn over, and I wondered why when I started that most of the IT department was missing. They had their reasons. Here's why I didn't stay. There is a toxic culture of workplace bullying which HR are aware of. E.g. My manager comments about how he doesn't like religious people, particularly Baptists. Never met a single person there that genuinely liked their job in IT. You're treated like a resource, not a human, and are hassled when off sick.
