High level, complex and interesting engineering corporation, good image to outside, high salaries for unqualified specialists, high salaries on an average (if you want to win a life-long pension without working much, this is the company for you)
Cons
Chaos, mismanagement, unwise decisions, abuse / using out of temporary employees, job creation programme, often not on success but on personal relations based salary development, company not oriented on internal customers, not oriented on success
