Pros
The insurance benefits were excellent. Vacation and holiday was average. The greatest benefit was the friendly, casual work environment amongst the "worker bees".
Cons
Upper management was unprofessional, dishonest, and actually encouraged illegal labor practices. Human resources failed the entire employee pool by refusing to address very real issues. Sexual harrassment complaints were never handled and other complaints were passed on to other (non-HR) employees to handle. No one in upper management was ever held accountable by the CEO for any negative actions. A completely unethical,unorganized organization.
