Good people to work with, when it comes to the production floor.
Cons
Super top heavy, everyone from supervisors to upper management know a better way to do things and yet get nowhere. Lack of tooling to do the job correctly, no room for improvement, they hire/nominate leadership with 0 aviation experience, good ol boy club, people with knowledge and real common sense leave after a couple of months because of dumb leadership.
