Relies on hear-say (supposed speak up culture) to take actions that most suit their personal belief and do not listen to the other half of the story. Trial period is extensive but serves only to hide the fact that despite being offered a permanent job your stay is limited most likeky to only 6 months. The people that have stayed longest outside top management are there for 1 year.
