Pay could be better - Senior Aircraft Technician Airbus Employee Review

Pay is not really comparable to the area. Even if they increased every technician's pay by 10%, I would only categorize it as fair but not good compensation. Not a lot of upward movement opportunities. If you're a reliable, skilled technician, don't expect management to help you move up the ranks. They'll want to keep you right where it benefits them, not you.
