It's a paycheck that's about it.
Cons
There is zero leadership with this company.They will hire the worst, unqualified people to manage a team. Micromanagement is running rampant. They are no respect for their employees. Rules apply to differently depending on if they like you or not. There is no consistency and they will change their mind at any given moment. Remote days keep getting less and less, they do not care about you! They claim that work life balance is important to them, that's not true. The goal post continues to move, more work for less pay. Lots of long term and great employees are jumping ship.
