      Pros

      Tons of OT if you want it. Flexible schedule at the location I worked in, not sure about the others.

      Cons

      Shoveling tons of dry ice gets old. The safety department is horrific. The culture of the company is not employee- centric. The culture of the Dry Ice division is hire and fire, as unfortunate as that sounds it is the truth.

      People I worked with were great, solid team atmosphere

      Cons

      Glorified Amazon driver, large geographical area to drive. Positive note is they monitor your driving with cameras (see Amazon)

      Culture is awful and not consistent through the company, old boys club leadership, resistance to change is HUGE
