The gas business is the future with those who have vision and people skills to serve clients who pay all of our bills and feed our families. The client comes first. It takes employees that see this and have the ability to carry this out. Yet this is less and less the view of Airgas.

After 20 years in sales, I learned from Zig Zigler to be positive, so please consider the following that I love this company and it pains me to see it's present directionless refugee status from it's former time. This is written with the hope Air Liquide France will read and take over the reigns of this Bleak House Airgas is destroying. Air Liquide can learn things from them, but it's more of what we should not do. Could it really be you just wanted to buy out the competition? In Norpac we lost 6 people in one week at one fill plant. My area location is down 5 folks with no hope of replacement. Benoît Potier, Pascal Vinet, if your like how Donald Trump runs things, do nothing and let Airgas lazy managment follow Trumps "all talk" methods and go to meetings and write reports to make understaffed workers frustrated to the point of looking for better careers when the US economy improves. The competition will thank you if you simply focus on your own problems in the EU market and ignore the US market. Air Liquide bought Airgas hoping to jump into retail and and add to the bulk sales. Socialist French Engineer mindset teams up with greedy lawyer hostile take over mindset and the end result is lots of finger pointing and the best environment for independent suppliers to take over the market of ill treated clients. Airgas DNA is all lawyer and I have never signed more paperwork making me liable. I have crossed out and modified more paper then ever before. They will soon tire of this and cornor me with the ink pen. They seem to enjoy abusing the workers that make them money. It's in their genes.
