      Pros

      Learn SAP. Understand welding equipment and gases. Meet some very respectable people.

      Cons

      Upper management are just a pack of used car salesmen who do not understand how to treat people. No room for advancement unless you are a "good old boy" Micro manage to death. They could not care less about you. Gouge customers who have accounts and do not complain.

      Pros

      Steady work with consistent OT. Pay is average. They employ a minimal number of drivers (and equipment) so you will definitely get your hours. If someone leaves, takes PTO, or a truck goes down, it gets spread across the remaining drivers.

      Cons

      Benefits are average at best. Most drivers are expected to work holidays. PTO is approved on seniority basis so don’t plan on being home with family during these times. No shortage of micromanagement. Definitely feel like a line item on a spreadsheet somewhere and not a human.
