      Pros

      The benifits are pretty good,most of the time it is mon.-fri.,so the hours are good and they do pay holidays.

      Cons

      They treat their people like they are stupid ,this a very physical job you work in all weather.This company will micro manage you and they are never satisfied,the stress of this job is endless.If you are thinking of going to work for this company find someone who works there and ask them about it they will tell you it is awful,the rules and paperwork are endless.

      Pros

      Steady work with consistent OT. Pay is average. They employ a minimal number of drivers (and equipment) so you will definitely get your hours. If someone leaves, takes PTO, or a truck goes down, it gets spread across the remaining drivers.

      Cons

      Benefits are average at best. Most drivers are expected to work holidays. PTO is approved on seniority basis so don’t plan on being home with family during these times. No shortage of micromanagement. Definitely feel like a line item on a spreadsheet somewhere and not a human.
