      upper management decisions, not everyone gets treated fairly, we give certain races more leeway than others because they are scared of what will go down. Certain employees will get slapped on the hand and others are out.

      Glorified Amazon driver, large geographical area to drive. Positive note is they monitor your driving with cameras (see Amazon)

      Culture is awful and not consistent through the company, old boys club leadership, resistance to change is HUGE
