      Pros

      significant resources and longevity in the market; extensive knowledge base and experts to call in for help. Most people have a team mentality.

      Cons

      Bureaucracy, inablity to blend acquisitions, uper management too far removed from the daily environment. Communication is atrocious. transparency needs work, mistakes that look like greed engender mistrust in the employees.

      Pros

      Steady work with consistent OT. Pay is average. They employ a minimal number of drivers (and equipment) so you will definitely get your hours. If someone leaves, takes PTO, or a truck goes down, it gets spread across the remaining drivers.

      Cons

      Benefits are average at best. Most drivers are expected to work holidays. PTO is approved on seniority basis so don’t plan on being home with family during these times. No shortage of micromanagement. Definitely feel like a line item on a spreadsheet somewhere and not a human.
