      Pros

      It barely beats being unemployed.

      Cons

      South Division is cheap, so they rent a cheap building. Carpet was worn out along time, ago. Cleaning crew(s) do a lousy job. Plumbing was worn out a long time ago, too. Air is bad, so colds and flu are a major problem every winter. Senior Management does not resolve complaints. HR are is there only to cover for management. Sales Tax Department is understaffed and poorly managed. Annual performance review system is a joke. If you're looking for leadership, then look elsewhere.

      Large, global conglomerates, strong legacy cultures, good learning and development organization and opportunities

      Cons

      Culture is awful and not consistent through the company, old boys club leadership, resistance to change is HUGE
