Driver - Anonymous employee Airgas Employee Review

Airgas has the largest management structure known to man. Benefits although good, very expensive. Thier reputation proceeds them with lousy customer service and support. They offer a contract that is difficult to get out of. Talking to management is like talking to a wall. It goes nowhere. They promise the customer great prices but what good is that if you don't give good timely service. They have the longest list of former customers than any company out there. The only way that the company grows is by purchasing mom and pop company's. Then they trample the new employees and get them to leave.
