Wow, where to start. The company is in a death spiral. The over hiring of management and middle managers is so ridiculous it is ridiculous.
Their are store manager, that manager has a manager and then there are another 3 or 4 in Sacramento. The company cares so little for its employees entire stores have walked out.
Employees just have had enough and we are leaving in droves. I am desperately looking for another job, DESPERATELY! That is after 12 years.
Up until about 3-4 years ago it was a decent enough job. Then SAP was brought in and what little common sense was used died a horrible death. Hitler in disguise and management skills are bullying, belligerent, threats, intimidation, fear, yelling, cursing and any other thing you can think of to treat those of us that actually deal with the customers as road kill and the trash of man kind. Yea, I start dreading Monday on Friday night.
