Pros

Just a pay check, a stepping stone, have to sell your soul for benefits.

Cons

Management uses who ever they can get thier hands on, they program they employees like robots, to work while thier off the grounds, they only stay on watch to see when thier gettin odditid, very unsafe, old machinery, constant break downs, everyone runs from the labor, good employees leave and never look back, management press you for bigg outcome with little to work with, tell you to do things that they will never do, they pay for laborers that they never return after first date, Place needs 100% make over, not safe at all, floor leaders do more work on thier phones than paying attention to whats goin on in plant, hard workers are abused, and force out,

Pros

People I worked with were great, solid team atmosphere

Cons

Glorified Amazon driver, large geographical area to drive. Positive note is they monitor your driving with cameras (see Amazon)

Compensation below par for position, responsibility and industry. More of a regional management trait
