They don’t understand training someone who is getting paid more than you, doesn’t motivate someone to do a good job. -Paperwork. The job is more paperwork than physical work. Sometimes makes you wonder if you’re a manager or an FST -sales people care only about money and don’t really care to make the job easier for the FST. -installed cameras on the truck. They tell you to pull over if work phone rings three times, but you’re not allowed to make personal call even if it’s hands off.
