Pros
For me, I enjoyed the work-life balance when I had one.
Cons
Very high turnaround, male-centric environment, wants people with specific expertise in their field; which no one has, and they haven't been willing to train any external candidates that would be great fits for these type of roles, causing anyone who comes in to stay just long enough to realize they're way behind, and find another job elsewhere. The long hours and travel was ridiculous.
