Pros
I worked with some good drivers, we tried to make customers happy. The drivers work as one team.
Cons
As drivers work to keep customers happy from unresponsive sales people they get reprimanded for doing someone elses job which they don't do. Letters from customers come in to thank drivers, no mention of letters. They may have to THANK the driver for doing a good job. TERRIBLE INSURANCE.. Drivers are spied on and punished by suspensions all the time. Get someone who knows something about DOT laws. Yur not in the klik, YOU'RE GONE. Experience does NOT matter
