      Pros

      Mom and Pop type feel although international company. Some very supportive people. Good training on products, but not processes. Not micromanaged

      Cons

      Lots of confusion as to the expectations of work related tasks in different roles. Lots of finger pointing. Operations based mind-set, not a sales focused company.

      People I worked with were great, solid team atmosphere

      Cons

      Glorified Amazon driver, large geographical area to drive. Positive note is they monitor your driving with cameras (see Amazon)
