      Pros

      Supplies product to multiple industries. This buffers fluctuations in industry performance and market downturn which provides good job security. Money can be good with lots of overtime potential.

      Cons

      Benefits could be a lot better. 6% 401K match is lacking and healthcare benefits are expensive. Annual bonus is subject to factors outside of employees control so you can lose money for something you have no control of, Work Life balance is zero. This is a lifestyle choice once you achieve a greater level or responsibility. Overtime is nice but sometimes being at home is nicer!

      People I worked with were great, solid team atmosphere

      Cons

      Glorified Amazon driver, large geographical area to drive. Positive note is they monitor your driving with cameras (see Amazon)
