      Work life balance, benefits are ok.

      Cons

      Commission restructuring resulting in 10% decrease in pay with a 8% sales growth plan so work harder for less pay. Everything they do is for the shareholders, they don’t care about the employees or customers.

      People I worked with were great, solid team atmosphere

      Cons

      Glorified Amazon driver, large geographical area to drive. Positive note is they monitor your driving with cameras (see Amazon)
