      The culture here is really great, and has a really good work-life balance. Airgas cares about employee growth and development, is learning-friendly, and do encourage open communication.

      More PTO would be great, other than that no cons.

      People I worked with were great, solid team atmosphere

      Cons

      Glorified Amazon driver, large geographical area to drive. Positive note is they monitor your driving with cameras (see Amazon)
