Pros
Some pros I would say would be you get to work at different locations. It’s a large global company. Safety is important to the company.
Cons
The cons are immense. For starters, the pay is not good. I only made about 60k as a Cryogenic technician with prior experience and a masters degree. You are micromanaged. The work trucks have cameras that don’t allow you to drive the speed limit. A complete lack of organization. This can be seen in all aspects of the company. The technology being implemented was horrible. Lack of promotion.
