      401K match, sick time accrued not used gets saved for next year, you can use sick time for doctors appointments, delivering cylinders keeps you in shape.

      Cons

      only one 3% raise a year. uniforms are not cool. only one pair of shoes provided a year. cameras in truck. managers don't know how to communicate without insulting.

      People I worked with were great, solid team atmosphere

      Cons

      Glorified Amazon driver, large geographical area to drive. Positive note is they monitor your driving with cameras (see Amazon)
