Lots of customer disputes to manage. Not enough support in place to address disputes, so account managers often have to step in. Communication between national and regional teams is lacking. There is always a fear of layoff, or big changes coming. Chances for advancement are limited and often offered to people who do not already work for the company, or who work in another part of the country.
