      Pros

      Pay, Getting to know other struggling people.

      Cons

      Everything else: Management that's in denial, toxic HR teams, backstabbing, and people who would rather throw you under the bus (jealous? insecure? impostor syndrome?) than listen and learn and grow, or get to know each other. Lots of fake faces. No one is authentic, everyone's guarded and watching their backs.

      Pros

      Steady work with consistent OT. Pay is average. They employ a minimal number of drivers (and equipment) so you will definitely get your hours. If someone leaves, takes PTO, or a truck goes down, it gets spread across the remaining drivers.

      Cons

      Benefits are average at best. Most drivers are expected to work holidays. PTO is approved on seniority basis so don’t plan on being home with family during these times. No shortage of micromanagement. Definitely feel like a line item on a spreadsheet somewhere and not a human.
