      Pros

      Not much overtime at all. Good benefits. Rare weekends. Hour lunch. No advancing in the company.

      Cons

      Poor raises. No safety compliance. Angry co-workers. Lack of PPE. Doing things under the table.

      Pros

      Steady work with consistent OT. Pay is average. They employ a minimal number of drivers (and equipment) so you will definitely get your hours. If someone leaves, takes PTO, or a truck goes down, it gets spread across the remaining drivers.

      Cons

      Benefits are average at best. Most drivers are expected to work holidays. PTO is approved on seniority basis so don’t plan on being home with family during these times. No shortage of micromanagement. Definitely feel like a line item on a spreadsheet somewhere and not a human.
