Pros
I have met some nice people here
Cons
High-pressure, micromanaged environment. Every action is closely monitored, with constant scrutiny on call numbers, time, and performance metrics. Lack of support for sales staff. There are no meaningful resources or leads provided. Unhelpful management. Simple tasks require navigating through multiple redundant steps. Instead of improving efficiency, systems and processes are becoming more bloated and time-consuming by the day. The role is marketed as a sales opportunity with strong earning potential, but in practice, sales staff are burdened with heavy administrative work, account management duties, and unrealistic performance targets all while still being held to strict sales and call quotas. More work is constantly added with no increase in pay. Other departments frequently shift their responsibilities onto Total Access reps, who are expected to take on additional tasks with no relief from their core duties. Everyone is burning out. The pay raises are some of the worst I have ever seen at a company, pay is no longer competitive whatsoever. There is also virtually no growth path from this position, maybe outside sales if you can find an opening, but that is a whole different department and comes with many of the same issues.
