Pros

There are opportunities for promotion and growth in Airrosti. The pay is fair and is incentivized for monthly/quarterly bonuses. The culture is family friendly, and the benefits are exceptional. I feel known and cared for in this company. There is plenty of diversity and we are encouraged to keep the company culture by spending time together for special occasions, outside the office. As soft tissue injury specialists, we are encouraged to play and engage with the community at large, helping spread the good news about our rapid recovery successes. There's great joy to be found here, as the main goal is improving our patients lives by eliminating the source of the pain and resolving the problems. We don't tell people to rest to recover, we ask them to move to recover. It works best, in most cases. The job satisfaction is mountainous here.

Cons

As an employee, a con would be...nothing. They're doing their best to make our ability to work well and easy task. No matter where you work, there are documentation struggles, there are life conflict struggles, and management struggles. That's the same across the board. Airrosti is helpful with managing anything that life throws, in the best way possible for all.

Pros

Airrosti provides a great opportunity to work in a healthcare setting while gaining valuable experience in patient care, communication, and rehabilitation. The team environment is supportive, and it is rewarding to see patients make progress. The role allows you to build skills that are valuable for anyone interested in sports medicine or healthcare.”

Cons

The fast-paced environment can occasionally lead to increased workload and the need to prioritize competing demands. The workload can fluctuate depending on patient volume, staffing, and clinic needs.

Pros

I’ve been with Airrosti for nearly 12 years, starting as an admin and growing into a career I genuinely find fulfilling. I’ve had the opportunity to work with great people and be part of a mission that truly focuses on helping others. What stands out most is the company’s commitment to both patients and employees. I’ve seen many examples of leadership making meaningful efforts to improve patient outcomes while also going above and beyond to do what's right for their employees. There’s a clear emphasis on building strong treatment teams and ensuring they have the support they need to deliver quality patient care.

Cons

Like any organization, it’s not perfect, but overall, it’s been a rewarding place to grow professionally and contribute to something meaningful.
