Pros

As I just crossed the 6 year mark here at Airrosti and I thought it would be appropriate to leave a quick review. I'm not one to mince words so don't expect a glossy over-hyped fake review. I value my sleep at night too much. That said, when I graduated I interviewed at a TON of different chiropractic offices and actually got a bunch of offers. I was pretty concerned upon leaving chiro college that I wouldn't have a job, so I hustled pretty hard. The Airrosti hiring experience alone set them apart. I respect the small standing chiropractic offices as some of my best friends work in the or own them now, but the airrosti process was just so clearly a cut above the rest. I researched it pretty intensely. Asking anyone who knew anything about it all the hard questions and it really stood the test. One of the major game changers for me on a personal/family life in general standpoint was actually a Seinfeld quote. He talked about being a solo comedian versus being a comedian who wrote for a major sitcom and how people think they are selling out to work for the big high paying gig rather than gutting it out and working hard to make it on your own. He said it was like a boat out on the sea. Yes, you have a lot of freedom on your single prop fishing boat by yourself, but when storms come, and they will come, its so much safer to be on that big yacht. There are risks in anything, but the security Airrosti gives me and my family with all the incredible perks of health insurance and a guaranteed paycheck twice a month seemed silly to pass up. At the same time I know I didn't want to "give up" all the manipulation I learned in chiro school and to learn this "new" way of treating. Also, how could this 3.2 visits thing be real? See patients for an hour? What madness is this? What sorcery are you doing? Seriously? Well, as it turns out, it's all real and maybe then some. The freedom to work with patients for 30 minutes and then do 30 minutes of rehab is insanely beneficial. I'm sure it's easier to understand now for new grads because of all the blogs and social media outlets that talk about evidence based care, but at the time when i joined, there was essentially none of that stuff. The treatment you learn in the 6 weeks of training is phenomenal. I know they have made it even better than when I started because they are constantly improving. A short aside on the constantly improving... we have a new rehab site with thousands of exercises and stretches and twice a month we can submit new rehab exercises. The clinical notes.... oh man, since we started have changed a TON. they are so easy and so thorough, its unreal. Im starting to sound like a fanboy, but i swear, its fantastic. It's so rough to hear all my buddies from chiro school talk about the endless battle with insurance companies and not talk about treatment approaches. I NEVER worry about if my note will go through. I only worry about doing the best thing for my patient. It's almost painful to hear my friends talk about how they code slightly differently to get paid and not talk about the new treatment they learned to help their patients. To wrap this up, 6 years has been amazing. I was fascinated by airrosti from the beginning and the treatment method is such that Im still growing within it. Once you grasp the principles you are taught initially it has the potential to expand upon itself. It's really quite brilliant and I actually still love coming into my practice every day. I consider myself a very fortunate man to still be with Airrosti after all this time.

Cons

You dont get the fear of wondering if you'll be reimbursed by insurance companies. You'll always get your paycheck twice a month

Pros

Airrosti has an awesome company culture that focuses on putting our patients first before anything else. I've been with the company for 20 years and it still has the same DNA as when I started out. Everyone feels like family and is easy to work with. No egos, just passionate mission-driven people working to accomplish the same goal. I've referred a number of people over the years who still work in the company today.

Cons

I miss the big annual company summit get-togethers we used to have. It was a good opportunity to get to see everyone within the company and team-build. But given the size of the company now, I'm sure it would be very costly to accomplish.

Pros

Airrosti provides a great opportunity to work in a healthcare setting while gaining valuable experience in patient care, communication, and rehabilitation. The team environment is supportive, and it is rewarding to see patients make progress. The role allows you to build skills that are valuable for anyone interested in sports medicine or healthcare.”

Cons

The fast-paced environment can occasionally lead to increased workload and the need to prioritize competing demands. The workload can fluctuate depending on patient volume, staffing, and clinic needs.
