All fun, young, and attractive people

Cons

Low pay, if you complain once they're going to see you as negative person forever, upper management is sketchy, they don't care about your qualifications but if you're part of their direct family then you'll get hired and get away with anything. Everyone in upper management has been with the company since it started. None of them actually have true experience in the job they hold. Also note** that all the positive reviews you see is because an email was sent out company-wide basically begging everyone to write positive vibes to cover the negative ones you can find on the first page...Keep applying elsewhere, you got this!

I’ve been with Airrosti for nearly 12 years, starting as an admin and growing into a career I genuinely find fulfilling. I’ve had the opportunity to work with great people and be part of a mission that truly focuses on helping others. What stands out most is the company’s commitment to both patients and employees. I’ve seen many examples of leadership making meaningful efforts to improve patient outcomes while also going above and beyond to do what's right for their employees. There’s a clear emphasis on building strong treatment teams and ensuring they have the support they need to deliver quality patient care.

Cons

Like any organization, it’s not perfect, but overall, it’s been a rewarding place to grow professionally and contribute to something meaningful.
