Pros

Don’t have to worry about insurance

Cons

The never ending micromanaging is the worst part of Airrosti. You have evaluations every quarter and no matter what they will find something wrong and make you feel like you’re a horrible chiro. They apparently are terrified of lawsuits so you have to make sure everything is perfect with what you say during those evals. If they don’t say everything perfectly then you get a mentor who micromanages you even more. They treat chiropractors like they don’t know anything. They only hire younger chiropractors so they can bully them. All the older chiros have been there forever. You can never disagree with anyone or they will see you as not part of their culture. Middle management is a joke and they do things pretty much just to prove their jobs hold value. Everything they do is worthless. The pay sucks. They take money out of your paycheck if you don’t collect enough. So the salary they state doesn’t even exist really. They expect you to market all the time but you get paid to see patients (because pay is based on collections) not market. So basically all that is free labor for them. They only see you as an investment and that’s it. Most of the people in upper management have the biggest egos and all they talk about is CrossFit and working out. If you aren’t part of their ‘family’ and make friends with them then you will end up getting let go. Most of upper management act like children also. They don’t know how to lead whatsoever.

Pros

Airrosti provides a great opportunity to work in a healthcare setting while gaining valuable experience in patient care, communication, and rehabilitation. The team environment is supportive, and it is rewarding to see patients make progress. The role allows you to build skills that are valuable for anyone interested in sports medicine or healthcare.”

Cons

The fast-paced environment can occasionally lead to increased workload and the need to prioritize competing demands. The workload can fluctuate depending on patient volume, staffing, and clinic needs.

Pros

I’ve been with Airrosti for nearly 12 years, starting as an admin and growing into a career I genuinely find fulfilling. I’ve had the opportunity to work with great people and be part of a mission that truly focuses on helping others. What stands out most is the company’s commitment to both patients and employees. I’ve seen many examples of leadership making meaningful efforts to improve patient outcomes while also going above and beyond to do what's right for their employees. There’s a clear emphasis on building strong treatment teams and ensuring they have the support they need to deliver quality patient care.

Cons

Like any organization, it’s not perfect, but overall, it’s been a rewarding place to grow professionally and contribute to something meaningful.
