Pros
Great company. Great culture. Good workplace. Truly mission driven / mission focused to help guide growth. A culture of genuine care for their employees, patients (clients), and partners (customers). Excellent teammates and colleagues.
Cons
Unrealistic workload and expectations, driven by senior leadership and department heads. When addressed, it felt like a personal issue, i.e. "time management, prioritizing, etc." When everything and everyone's requests are a priority all the time, nothing is a priority. Some people do seem to be exempt from these expectations - can't quite put a finger on that one. Always felt like I had to work during vacations or time-off, in order to keep up or feel respected. It is my belief that Airrosti desires to be transparent, but they are not. There is also a lot of favoritism, which makes sense given the lack of transparency. Leaders struggle with communication as well. They are in a period of growth and restructuring and priorities seem out of balance, along with poor planning & strategy alliance. At the end of the day, what Airrosti does is amazing and what they offer is the best in the MSK landscape.
