Pros

Work from home/ Hybrid option

Cons

Training is a complete joke! The “Trainer” is teaching you how to verify/interpret benefits for multiple carriers. When it’s time for questions, you get a deer in the headlights look for a response, along with an awkward chuckle and a very long recap of your question. Only to throw you off with a “I’ve never seen that before” response. Most/all new RCM/PAT management and leadership“Pass the buck”. They implement new processes that do not work for employees, but favor them. There is absolutely NO support, lack of trust, and DEFINITELY enlarged egos. Sadly all recent reviews are true, AIRROSTI RCM/PAT is not the same. Too many bosses, not enough leaders. Current RCM management 2022 is: Toxic, bully, micromanage, fake, backstabbers, and egotistical. So watch out!

Pros

Airrosti provides a great opportunity to work in a healthcare setting while gaining valuable experience in patient care, communication, and rehabilitation. The team environment is supportive, and it is rewarding to see patients make progress. The role allows you to build skills that are valuable for anyone interested in sports medicine or healthcare.”

Cons

The fast-paced environment can occasionally lead to increased workload and the need to prioritize competing demands. The workload can fluctuate depending on patient volume, staffing, and clinic needs.

Pros

I’ve been with Airrosti for nearly 12 years, starting as an admin and growing into a career I genuinely find fulfilling. I’ve had the opportunity to work with great people and be part of a mission that truly focuses on helping others. What stands out most is the company’s commitment to both patients and employees. I’ve seen many examples of leadership making meaningful efforts to improve patient outcomes while also going above and beyond to do what's right for their employees. There’s a clear emphasis on building strong treatment teams and ensuring they have the support they need to deliver quality patient care.

Cons

Like any organization, it’s not perfect, but overall, it’s been a rewarding place to grow professionally and contribute to something meaningful.
