Pros
- Co-workers and local team are the best. - A true disrupter in healthcare that aims to changes crucial issues in the system. - Effective and patient-centered treatment model. Never compromises the needs of the patient!
Cons
Competitive pay for providers, but all other support personnel is below industry average - especially in markets where cost of living is much higher. There is no adjustment and very little appeal now that morale/culture is low. Upper management feels disorganized and stretched thin. I think one of the biggest issues is the company not being able to manage organizational change. For a company this size adapting to change and restructuring priorities, there is strong lack of change management methodologies. Other than announcing change, the company doesn't seem to be mindful over preparing an approach to change, delivering it effectively, and sustaining desired outcomes. As a result, teams are directly effected and losing morale and culture. With that, career growth feels limited by dividing employees who wants to live with the repercussions and those who don't .
