Pros
Having a stable job is always nice
Cons
You’re just a cog in their machine. Management does whatever they want with no regard to how it’ll impact your practice. They push you to flex visits so patients receive half of the service you’re supposed to provide for the same amount of money which results in worse outcomes. You’ll be hired for one job and then forced into doing stuff for other departments with no warning or added compensation. This company does not care about you as an employee, they’ll spout that they won awards as best company to work for when in all honesty, you’ll be entering into a cult-like culture. Everyone drinks the kool-aid, thinking the company is awesome when in reality, only upper management has it made. You can’t express anything negative about the company or its ideas unless you enjoy being ostracized. They love to micromanage and only care about numbers. As a treatment team, you’re the lowest on the totem pole and you have to do all of the work to build your practice even though there’s a whole department designed to help with business development. There’s absolutely no growth opportunities. Don’t work here.
