Airrosti has an awesome company culture that focuses on putting our patients first before anything else. I've been with the company for 20 years and it still has the same DNA as when I started out. Everyone feels like family and is easy to work with. No egos, just passionate mission-driven people working to accomplish the same goal. I've referred a number of people over the years who still work in the company today.

I miss the big annual company summit get-togethers we used to have. It was a good opportunity to get to see everyone within the company and team-build. But given the size of the company now, I'm sure it would be very costly to accomplish.

Airrosti provides a great opportunity to work in a healthcare setting while gaining valuable experience in patient care, communication, and rehabilitation. The team environment is supportive, and it is rewarding to see patients make progress. The role allows you to build skills that are valuable for anyone interested in sports medicine or healthcare.”
