pays under market value for positions, puts a lot of effort into trying to convince employees that culture is big and people are more than just numbers, but have shown that (unless you are in their inner circle of relatives of upper mgmt and legacy employees) people are expendable. They will fire people quickly without explanation and expect others to absorb more work, without offering more pay for the additional workloads. Red flag: anywhere that tries to convince their employees that they're like family, and they care so much. This may have been true once, but they've made it very clear that the bottom line is what matters and most employees are discarded without batting an eye. Gaslighting people into thinking they matter is code for underpaying in corporate lingo.

Pros

I’ve been with Airrosti for nearly 12 years, starting as an admin and growing into a career I genuinely find fulfilling. I’ve had the opportunity to work with great people and be part of a mission that truly focuses on helping others. What stands out most is the company’s commitment to both patients and employees. I’ve seen many examples of leadership making meaningful efforts to improve patient outcomes while also going above and beyond to do what's right for their employees. There’s a clear emphasis on building strong treatment teams and ensuring they have the support they need to deliver quality patient care.

Cons

Like any organization, it’s not perfect, but overall, it’s been a rewarding place to grow professionally and contribute to something meaningful.
