Pros

Great model of treatment, ease of running a practice, advanced tech and receptive to upgrading areas needed for improvement. Able to complete CEUs virtually without paying for courses. Best training program clinically.

Cons

Chiropractors initially only get 20% of collections at base, then after 6 months of consistent numbers above a certain amount ~20K collections a month you get 25% base, then a new tiered structure of more realistic percentages: $0-$27,500 = 25% $27,501-$34,000 = 37.5% (12.5% increase from prior plan of 25%) $34,001 and above = 50% (25.0% increase from prior plan of 25%) $40,000 and above = 50% New pay structure is great but still not industry standard of ~40-50% at other clinics - but there are too many ACPs with a large shortage of rehab specialists to meet these numbers as well. They require rehab specialists to now travel between clinics, which is not ideal for those expecting to be stationed at one clinic when being hired, or older CRSs now being asked to shuffle around different clinics, which is causing a shortage due to CRSs leaving the company due to lack of stability and not enough pay. This causes stress for ACPs to not be able to hit the unrealistic budgets set per month, or to hit enough numbers to get more in collections with the new tiered system. Working at a company with a lot of costs on the back end with some mismanagement creates dissastifaction and apathy for those that generate the income in the first place.

Thank you for sharing your thoughts. As you know, Airrosti is a Mission Driven company and while all Airrostifarians are relentlessly focused on providing our patients with the best outcome and experience at the lowest cost, those of us on the Support Team are relentlessly focused on supporting Treatment Team members like you. We are sorry, and know the Houston Regional Support Team will be sorry, to learn we’ve let you feel unappreciated and undervalued. The ACP compensation plan is designed to be the most generous compensation plan available to DCs and PTs, but the plan is, as you point out, designed to become much more generous as a clinic gets busier. The planning process you mentioned is meant to ensure we provide adequate resources to help each of our Treatment Team members reach their own goals, including these higher compensation levels. These resources include full time CRS support. We are sorry the budget we worked on with you was unrealistic. Covid was indeed challenging for Airrosti, and we worked hard to protect our providers during that time. As you know, we’ve continually improved ACP compensation since Covid, and have maintained our focus on our Mission during that time. We are open to any ideas for other improvements you have. Please don’t hesitate to share your concerns with the HR team or your leadership team members directly.

Pros

Airrosti provides a great opportunity to work in a healthcare setting while gaining valuable experience in patient care, communication, and rehabilitation. The team environment is supportive, and it is rewarding to see patients make progress. The role allows you to build skills that are valuable for anyone interested in sports medicine or healthcare.”

Cons

The fast-paced environment can occasionally lead to increased workload and the need to prioritize competing demands. The workload can fluctuate depending on patient volume, staffing, and clinic needs.

Pros

I’ve been with Airrosti for nearly 12 years, starting as an admin and growing into a career I genuinely find fulfilling. I’ve had the opportunity to work with great people and be part of a mission that truly focuses on helping others. What stands out most is the company’s commitment to both patients and employees. I’ve seen many examples of leadership making meaningful efforts to improve patient outcomes while also going above and beyond to do what's right for their employees. There’s a clear emphasis on building strong treatment teams and ensuring they have the support they need to deliver quality patient care.

Cons

Like any organization, it’s not perfect, but overall, it’s been a rewarding place to grow professionally and contribute to something meaningful.
