Pros

Everyday opportunity to positively impact the lives of patients. Specifically, as a member of the treatment teams, we get direct interaction and changes that positively impact our friends and community. I have also had direct interaction, attention, and support personally and financially from upper management. They genuinely want me to be able to have good work life balance, serve our company, provide for my family, and build my own practice rather than a practice for someone else’s benefit. Their investment in me personally and professionally has never been in doubt, even when I’m assigned a task I’m not thrilled to do at the time. When I’ve worked hard, I’ve been noticed and rewarded, even when it wasn’t immediate. I have many non-Airrosti colleagues I know cannot say the same. You WILL be expected to pull your weight to be successful, but I believe success is directly proportional to your effort and attention to detail. Airrosti allows for success if you make and sustain those efforts.

Cons

As the company grows larger, change is inevitable, and some of it has put greater burden on treatment teams. However, this is NOT unique to Airrosti, as this is a challenge throughout healthcare. Airrosti also feels less personally connected from top to bottom, region-to-region, and even within the same region as we've all continued to grow post-COVID.

I’ve been with Airrosti for nearly 12 years, starting as an admin and growing into a career I genuinely find fulfilling. I’ve had the opportunity to work with great people and be part of a mission that truly focuses on helping others. What stands out most is the company’s commitment to both patients and employees. I’ve seen many examples of leadership making meaningful efforts to improve patient outcomes while also going above and beyond to do what's right for their employees. There’s a clear emphasis on building strong treatment teams and ensuring they have the support they need to deliver quality patient care.

Cons

Like any organization, it’s not perfect, but overall, it’s been a rewarding place to grow professionally and contribute to something meaningful.
