Pros

- Most people you work with are personable and kind. - It can be a steady job if you let it. - Monthly bonuses are pretty nice. but depend on the provider you work with

Cons

- your days are non-stop. It depends on the provider you work with, but a full day will have you seeing ~16 + people every 30 minutes. No time to run to the bathroom sometimes! - Promotions as a CRS are LIMITED! I wish they were more upfront with the actual expectations for career development in the company during the interview process. People in middle management positions tend to stay for a long time. Good for the company, bad for those wanting to progress within. Realistically, you can expect to work in the same position for 4 years minimum before something else opens up. Lots of people you have to go up against. You have to be willing to be patient and get lucky.

Pros

Airrosti provides a great opportunity to work in a healthcare setting while gaining valuable experience in patient care, communication, and rehabilitation. The team environment is supportive, and it is rewarding to see patients make progress. The role allows you to build skills that are valuable for anyone interested in sports medicine or healthcare.”

Cons

The fast-paced environment can occasionally lead to increased workload and the need to prioritize competing demands. The workload can fluctuate depending on patient volume, staffing, and clinic needs.

Pros

I’ve been with Airrosti for nearly 12 years, starting as an admin and growing into a career I genuinely find fulfilling. I’ve had the opportunity to work with great people and be part of a mission that truly focuses on helping others. What stands out most is the company’s commitment to both patients and employees. I’ve seen many examples of leadership making meaningful efforts to improve patient outcomes while also going above and beyond to do what's right for their employees. There’s a clear emphasis on building strong treatment teams and ensuring they have the support they need to deliver quality patient care.

Cons

Like any organization, it’s not perfect, but overall, it’s been a rewarding place to grow professionally and contribute to something meaningful.
