      Pros

      Good culture, large market, early leader in the market. Was the leader in push notifications, trying to expand to other areas of mobile engagement with limited success.

      Cons

      Unfocused CEO Leadership, limited product and vision. Product and engineering organization did not deliver on a consistent basis. Go to market team was quite good.

      Pros

      Airship has a good foundation, solid product, and some very smart people in various areas of the company. They have done a good job navigating some tough times during my time there and are still standing.

      Cons

      The company doesn't communicate that well from ELT down to the ground level. They lack any type of direction when it comes to their commitment to Inclusivity, and they don't have any people of color in ELT or even VP levels to speak of. There is also a huge overreliance on a handful of Engineers who people seem to think will just be there forever since they already have been there forever.
