My time as part of the London team has been fantastic. The senior management of my region and of my department have always been supportive, accomplished, and care about your progression, and my colleagues are ambitious, collaborative, and great to be around. The performance and culture of the London office has been consistently excellent, and there is a real sense that our individual contributions has a clear impact on well communicated company wide goals. London team have also just moved into a great new space to facilitate the growth we will experience over the next year. We remain the clear choice for enterprise brands and have an unrivalled collection of customer logos.
Cons
Rapid expansion across Europe and APAC to accommodate drastic rise in targets has been and will be painful for the existing sales team. Demand gen seems to be lagging. We have fallen behind slightly in certain areas of our product.
