Pros

A few good people on the ground are holding the company together. The company still manages to maintain some presence in the US market due to PR and industry reports. A few of the management staff mean well, and try to keep the wider group motivated and energised.

Cons

Company leadership is years behind where it needs to be. The product is playing catch up and is falling more behind the curve. Peaked with its growth, and now have no resources to continue this. Company culture is very toxic, and there is no consistent treatment of staff members, clear favoritism and nepotism. No room for progression at all- wouldn't recommend anyone aspirational to join here. The structure is very top-heavy.

Pros

Airship has a good foundation, solid product, and some very smart people in various areas of the company. They have done a good job navigating some tough times during my time there and are still standing.

Cons

The company doesn't communicate that well from ELT down to the ground level. They lack any type of direction when it comes to their commitment to Inclusivity, and they don't have any people of color in ELT or even VP levels to speak of. There is also a huge overreliance on a handful of Engineers who people seem to think will just be there forever since they already have been there forever.
