Pros

People are always happy to help and there is a good team ethos. Supply you with the right tools to do your job

Cons

Lack of resource is a big struggle and has a domino effect on the rest of the org and teams- a lot of people suffer burn out and aren’t being rewarded more for the more work they are having to do. Lack of communication from senior execs and lack of company vision to tackle competitors..

Pros

Airship has a good foundation, solid product, and some very smart people in various areas of the company. They have done a good job navigating some tough times during my time there and are still standing.

Cons

The company doesn't communicate that well from ELT down to the ground level. They lack any type of direction when it comes to their commitment to Inclusivity, and they don't have any people of color in ELT or even VP levels to speak of. There is also a huge overreliance on a handful of Engineers who people seem to think will just be there forever since they already have been there forever.
